Alexander has progressed through mine-planning and senior technical-services roles, including sustained acting responsibility for Technical Services Superintendent and Manager functions. This breadth combines detailed analytical capability with the wider operational decisions, team coordination and risk management that technical-services leadership supports.
Experience has been developed in a complex, continuous mining environment where plans must balance ore delivery, waste and tails movement, pit access, equipment capacity, cost, safety, rehabilitation, TSF performance and changing field conditions.
